Gamification for sales: Playmotiv explains how gamification can increase results up to 15%<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/playmotiv.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/191017-gamificacion-patricia-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3923\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Our Chief Marketing Officer,\nPatricia de Andr\u00e9s, explained how gamification can improve the motivation of\ninternal and external sales force and sales points. Gamification is the process\nof integrating game mechanics into professional environments to achieve\nspecific goals by increasing employees&#8217; motivation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Playmotiv&#8217;s solution is a\ncombination of technology, user-friendliness, and access to a wide range of\nplayer profiles. Thanks to our experience in the mass market, we can increase\nsales and improve game dynamics by customising our games and encouraging\nparticipation. His tool\n&#8220;People Analytics and Sales&#8221; offers solutions to the specific needs\nof each situation, so it can be used to increase sales and profitability, or\nkeep current clients or acquire new customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this case, attendees were\ngiven a survey before attending to the talk, so the ability of transformation\nwas measured having one clear benchmark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. The use of &#8220;Big Data&#8221; and artificial intelligence to increase sales: Xavier Mallol introduces the solution of Delectatech<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/playmotiv.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/191017-bigdata-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3918\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Xavier wanted attendees to\nlearn the meaning of &#8220;big data&#8221; before finishing his talk, and he\ndefinitely achieved it. He explained how the software FoodRadar is used to help\nrestaurateurs and providers to make decisions based on massive data processing\nwith specific sector variables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FoodRadar, Delectame Analytics and Delectame Operations are artificial intelligence-based software, considered &#8220;software as a service&#8221; (SaaS). They can read and learn from texts about catering and gastronomy in order to offer real-time analysis about the feelings and satisfaction rates of clients, market trends, and evolution of the rival companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We found his contribution\nabout AI very interesting: an algorithm is just a recipe and nothing else. What\nhas changed over time is the speed at which data is presented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Neuromarketing applied to sales: Xavier Olivella and Laura Martin use persuasion to discover clients&#8217; needs and offer them what they want<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/playmotiv.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/191017-neurociencia-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3917\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Neuroscience explains how\ndecisions are made and Xavier and Laura told us how systematic and repetitive\nprocesses can help to improve the effectiveness of sales. Knowing the\npersonality of each seller is vital to identify their strengths. It is also\nimportant to know that our reptilian brains are responsible for making\ndecisions, so we need to appeal to their emotions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to get clients, find\nout what gives them pain and speak to them from the emotional point of view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the following\nnetworking we discovered that the conference had a good level of acceptance\namong cluster members, and we shared some ideas about increasing sales.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How to increase sales in a creative and meaningful way?
